The Prairie View High School Bands appreciate donations from amazing individuals, new businesses, established small businesses, and large corporations alike. Whether it’s monetary items, services or equipment, your donations will help the PVHS Band programs by providing some of these much needed items. You can also contribute by donating items off of our “Wish List” to help us improve our program and performances.

The Band Program at Prairie View High School Consists of multiple performing ensembles, each with their own schedules, needs and value. The performing ensembles include: The Thunderhawk Pride Marching Band, Percussion Ensemble, Winter Guard, Concert Band,
Symphonic Band, Jazz Band and Jazz Ensemble.

Your contribution goes towards: instructor salaries, show music, equipment, instruments, maintenance, repair, transportation, insurance and festival and performance registrations to name a few.

Sponsorship at Prairie View consists of 5 levels: Black, Silver, Gold, Thunderhawk and Legacy
Contribution. All are based on the amount of contribution and are based on the Prairie View High School Band Season (school year).

Some exposure a corporate sponsor should expect is as follows:
– Performance Programs – The Band Program produces a program for each event throughout the
year. Programs are distributed to all audience members in attendance, as well as are available
electronically.
– Program Website – Main source of information for all of the ensembles at PVHS
– Show shirts – Each participant in the program gets a show shirt. These shirts are also available
for family and friends. Show shirts are worn at all events and throughout the year.
